The Duchess of Cambridge dazzled last night as she stepped out to celebrate the upcoming London Olympic games at The Royal Albert Hall.
Kate Middleton stunned in a gorgeous teal dress created by one of her favourite British designers, Jenny Packham. The dress which comes from Packham’s Spring Summer 2012 collection, consists of a laced bodice embellished with Swarovski crystals and a plunging neckline. The skirt is pleated with a ribbon-waist decorated with crystal and flower embellishments.
Kate opted for a sophisticated swept up-do for her glossy locks, in order to show off the intricate detailing at the back of the dress. She completed this glamourous look with a matching teal clutch, diamond drop earrings and a pair of Jimmy Choo heels. It is great to see Kate in such a bold colour, as we so often see her in more muted neutral tones.

As Olympic ambassadors, Kate and William attended the star-studded event which was a celebration of Britain’s Olympic and Paralympic athletes. The ‘Our Greatest Team Arises’ concert, saw the likes of Gary Barlow, Melanie C, Marvin Humes and Rochelle Wiseman as well as GB athletes join the Royal couple.
