Gary Barlow Teams Up With UK Urban Stars For Charity Single

25 Aug

Take That member and X Factor judge Gary Barlow has recruited some of the top names from the UK urban scene to team up for a charity single.

N-Dubz, Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk, Wretch 32, Ms Dynamite and Ed Sheeran are all said to be involved in the Children In Need Charity single, which will be a cover of Massive Attacks hit ‘Teardrops’. The track will be reworked by producer Labrinth who is responsible for tracks such as Tinie Tempah’s ‘Pass Out’.

Unlike past Children In Need single’s which have featured comic acts such as Peter Kay and Bob the Builder, it is good to see actual artists who influence young people working on the charity single. The track is due to be released on November 13th, with the name for the group of artists involved still undecided.
