Cannes Film Festival Fashion- Day 2

18 May

The second day of Cannes got underway yesterday, with the stars stepping out on the red carpet for the premiere of Rust and Bone…

Eva Longoria

Eva really got it right on her second day at Cannes. This time she opted for a floor-length white gown by Emilio Pucci with a daring plunging neckline. The sheer panels and scooped back added to the seductive feel of the dress, which she teamed with silver and diamond jewellery. Eva’s long brunette waves completed the old-Hollywood glamour inspired look that she pulls off so well.

Freida Pinto

Freida returned to the Rust and Bone premiere in this Atelier Versace gown. The bold lime green dress is adorned with Swarovski crystals, and once again features a thigh high split. This time Freida opted for a sleak ponytail, satin heels and a simple clutch. The colour of the dress works well with Freida’s olive skin tone, and keeps the look youthful.

Jane Fonda

The 74 year-old actress wowed on the red carpet in this long-sleeved Stella McCartney gown. Jane proves she can keep up with the current trends by opting for this popular optical illusion style dress. The black and white panels enhance Jane’s fabulous figure, whilst the emerald green Roger Vivier clutch and matching jewellery bring a dash of colour to the mono-chrome look.

Fan Bing Bing

Chinese actress Fan Bing Bing stunned on the red carpet in this couture Elie Saab gown. The intricate lace detailing of the dress, combined with the unique matching cape make Fan look like a Chinese Empress. Fan completes the classy look with flawless make-up, a neat high bun and nude accessories.

Freida Pinto is one of my favorite actresses, definitely love her outfit here. I’ve never heard of Fan Bing Bing, but I absolutely adore her dress. Very lovely pictures of all the ladies.
